〖研究经历〗:
研究方向为厌氧微生物代谢调控与代谢工程,致力于传统白酒酿造过程中的厌氧微生物代谢途径解析及其代谢调控机理研究,在此基础上利用代谢工程和合成生物学手段对重要风味化合物进行微生物绿色合成。
